COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
How do I restore Apevo Pro?
Open Apevo while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device has an internet connection. If access still does not return, email support with the purchase date and product type—never send full payment details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select Apevo (previously Apex), and choose Cancel Subscription. Deleting Apevo does not cancel an active subscription.
How do I request a refund?
Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the Apevo purchase.
Where is my workout data stored?
Your routines, workout history, onboarding information, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Apevo does not require an account or upload that training information to our servers.
How do local backups work?
Use Apevo’s backup settings to export a backup file, then save it somewhere you control. Importing a backup shows a preview before replacing local app data. Treat exported backups as private because they can contain your workout information.
Why did my reminders stop?
Check Settings → Notifications → Apevo and make sure notifications are allowed. Workout reminders are scheduled on your device, so changing a routine day or disabling notifications can affect what appears.
Does Apevo use my phone’s GPS?
No. A workout location in Apevo is an optional label that you type yourself, such as “Gym” or “Garage.” The current version does not request device location permission.
How do I delete my Apevo data?
Apevo does not maintain a server-side account or workout database. Delete any exported backup files separately, then delete the app from your iPhone to remove its local app data. An active subscription must be cancelled separately through Apple.
